Evolution users benefit from significant performance improvements

Barbour ABI continues to demonstrate its ongoing investment in customer satisfaction. The release of a significant new version of Evolution now delivers the service up to 50% faster than when first launched in 2007.

Unprecedented demand for Barbour ABI’s services and construction data have seen usage double over the last six months. Customers are making maximum use of our comprehensive project coverage in an increasingly tough market.

The launch of the new Evolution service on 25th May 2009, saw further investment in the site’s internet connections, web servers and technical architecture. These improvements have realised significant performance improvements for customers that result in real tangible speed increases.

Evolution continues to be the planning leads system of choice, offering the fastest, easiest and most flexible search and tracking solutions available for UK construction projects and companies.

Evolution’s optional ‘Core CRM’ module has also been enhanced to take account of customer needs.

Barbour ABI’s strong in-house expertise of CRM was built up over many years with its Trackbase system, one of the first commercially available solutions to this market. Combined with deep management experience of other enterprise level CRM systems, Core CRM is a powerful yet easy to use online CRM solution seamlessly integrated with Evolution.

Barbour ABI Core CRM offers customers a low-cost solution to track and manage opportunities, meetings, sales pipelines and forecasts without the need for expensive external consultancy, supplier setup or cumbersome ongoing data management between systems.
