Evolution is our powerful online service that provides you and your colleagues with a dynamic set of modules that not only organise your leads, but will also provide you with management control and strategic marketing tools. Whether you are a small business or large corporation, Evolution is the service for you.
Project Quick Search
Project Quick Search allows a user to apply simple searches across the projects available to their organisation and quickly access those which are most relevant. Search Options in the lower left of the screen give fast methods of finding projects in different ways. Just tick an option, complete your choice and click View Projects.
Project List
This page is produced any time a user is viewing a list of projects. It allows a user to sort and browse through the results of a search and to perform actions on projects listed such as adding a Watch, Printing or Extracting. Each project has a set of icons which may be displayed depending on the user’s privileges and actions performed.
Project Details
A clean layout, logically grouped fields and intelligent ordering of Companies into role groups against the projects characterise the new Project Details page. Status icons are shown top right (as for the Project List) and the tick box indicates if the project is ticked on the Project List page.
Companies & People Quick Search
This is the start point for any searches for companies – all searches reference the relationship that a company plays on a project. This page allows a user to apply simple searches across the companies available to their organisation and quickly find those of most interest or potential.
Company List
This page is produced any time a user is viewing a list of companies. It allows a user to sort and browse through the results of a search and to perform actions on the companies listed such as adding a Watch, Mail Merging or marking them as important.
Company Details
Company information is displayed in this clean layout with bold buttons allowing fast access to the most commonly used functions. Status icons are shown top right (as for the Company List) and the tick box indicates if the company is ticked on the Company List page.
Company Notes
Here a user can edit and save their own notes and view other users’ notes where Sharing is turned on. Sharing is set in our internal CMS system for a whole company account.
Management Pack
Territory Manager and Activity Manager return in a new and improved format! More visibility of user’s actions, who’s been logged in today, and easy set up of user’s territory with project and/or company locations using either postcode or area.
List Tracker
Mark off companies or projects as you mail or phone them. Find them again easily. Exclude them from future mail merges. No more time wasted removing previously contacted companies or mailing the same company over and over again – this new licensed service makes creating, tracking and managing marketing lists even more effective.
